SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller (CA(SA)) with expertise in consolidations, IFRS, and financial reporting. This role involves managing a team, driving compliance with accounting standards, and leading the group’s financial reporting function. Join a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic direction of a leading organization. (The role is a fixed term contract.)

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Manage the group financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities.
Collaborate with auditors to ensure the timely completion of audit processes.
Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for executive management and stakeholders.
Manage a team, providing guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification with 5+ years in a group finance role
5 years in Financial Services
Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
