Seeking an ICT Support Administrator.
POSITION INFO:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Support Administrator to provide advanced technical support, maintaining, and optimizing complex IT infrastructure systems.
The successful candidate will manage high-level escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for network, server, and storage issues. You will also support infrastructure solutions, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades, support cloud and on-premise systems, and contribute to infrastructure projects, will be a key part of this role.
Requirements:
- Completed qualification in an IT related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware, Linux, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, EC Council CEH, Security+, CISSP, Fortinet FCP, or FCSS.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in:
- Network administration and support for firewalls, switches, Wireless (Fortigate & Cisco), and VPN client connections.
- Windows 2012 and newer Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration.
- Linux administration.
- Backup and recovery.
- Virtual environment administration and configuration.
- Strong DB administration knowledge for MySQL.
