SUMMARY:
A leading organization in the ICT sector is on the hunt for a highly skilled ICT Specialist to join their Bryanston office. This role requires an expert in cybersecurity, networking, and IT infrastructure.

POSITION INFO:

Work on cutting-edge Azure security, Fortigate, Darktrace, WAF, and SAN solutions

Certifications:

Cisco CCNA (or equivalent)
Cybersecurity certification
Fortigate FCP/NSE6+
ITIL Foundations (advantageous)
Diploma in IT (advantageous)

Key Requirements:

Cybersecurity & Network Support Experience in Enterprise Environments:

Azure Cybersecurity, CASB/SASE/SSE solutions
Certificate management, traffic encryption, Fortigate firewalls
Darktrace or similar security analytics tools
Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions
Microsoft Exchange, AzureAD & Azure Hyperscaler
HP Aruba or Cisco networking
SAN storage, VMware hypervisors, SQL database management

Key Responsibilities:

Security & IT Infrastructure Management:

Lead cybersecurity monitoring, analysis, and threat remediation
Oversee network diagnostics, asset & configuration management
Define and implement cybersecurity hardware/software requirements
Manage vendor relationships & cybersecurity service providers
Participate in procurement, budgeting & IT policy documentation
Provide backup support for server & network operations
Handle ad-hoc first-line desktop support & IT admin tasks
