SUMMARY:
IB Account Manager 
A reputable fintech company specializing within the Forex Industry is looking for a skilled, experienced, focused and vibrant candidate to join their team in Johannesburg as an Account Manager. 
The primary focus of this role is to introduce IB's (Introducing Brokers) and clients to the business, as well as managing the client relations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce new business to achieve or exceed monthly targets
• Identify business opportunities, potential clients, and new partners
• Source and convert leads into sales; ensure high quality interaction with potential clients
• Strategically plan new business/product opportunities for revenue growth
• Negotiate new business at the highest revenue point for the company
• Build a network of Partners to further drive revenue growth
• Generating and retaining clients
• Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company’s products and services
• Keeping up to date with all new products and services
• Ensure adequate communication with clients with regards to their needs and interests and provide sales representation when needed
• Ability to do campaign management for clients/partners
• Keep CRM and other internal systems updated
• Abide by regulatory compliance rules and policies
• Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conversion on leads

• Matric is the minimum requirement, qualification within the same or similar field will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, strong personality and self-directed
• Must have a minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Forex industry
• Goal orientated person with the ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English both in written and oral communication
• Flexibility to work after hours as and when required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
