SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

This role entails being responsible for the accurate and efficient end-to-end process within the payroll department. Supporting the Human Resources Manager and being accountable for the timeous control. completion and consolidation of HR documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Maintenance and management of time and attendance, leave and the ESS system
End to end accurate processing of payroll
EMP 201 reports and reconciliation
Compilation of Employment Equity reports for the annual submission
HR administration and reporting

Requirements:

Proficiency on a payroll system, with at least 3 years proven experience working on a full spectrum of a payroll system with end to end payroll experience
Matric and HR qualification
Proven experience as a Payroll and Human Resources Administrator
Full understanding and interpretation of the BCEA, LRA and EEA, SDL /WCA
Valid drivers licence and reliable transport to Hilton
