Human Resources Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management. An IR qualification and extensive experience will be an added advantage.

4 - 6 years experience in HR Management or other HR related environment

The successful candidate will be responsible to plan, develop, implement and evaluate staff recruitment, retention, training and development programs, assist in resolving dispute by advising on workplace relations policies and problems and represent industrial, commercial, union and employer and other parties in negotiations.
