SUMMARY:
Are you a seasoned HR leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for people management? We are seeking an HR Manager to join a leading multinational manufacturing company. This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, HR leadership, and operational execution.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive HR strategy to support business growth and workforce development
Lead talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
Manage employee relations, labor laws, and compliance within a manufacturing environment
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, performance management & training
Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Develop HR policies and frameworks tailored to a diverse workforce
Foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement initiatives

Key Requirements:

12 – 15 years of experience in HR Management
Multinational experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong strategic planning & management capabilities
Experience managing both labor workers and office employees
High emotional maturity, resilience, and problem-solving skills
Degree in HR/Business + MBA preferred
