POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HR strategy to support business growth and workforce development
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
• Manage employee relations, labor laws, and compliance within a manufacturing environment
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, performance management & training
• Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Develop HR policies and frameworks tailored to a diverse workforce
• Foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement initiatives

• 12 – 15 years of experience in HR Management
• Multinational experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong strategic planning & management capabilities
• Experience managing both labor workers and office employees
• High emotional maturity, resilience, and problem-solving skills
• Degree in HR/Business + MBA preferred
