POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 - 7 Years proven experience in an HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HR systems and data management
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals
• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR softwares
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives
• Support and guide managers on best HR practices and employee engagement strategies
• Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent management
