A dynamic company is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join their team at the head office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
• Manage onboarding and training for new employees
• Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and support
• Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary: R12 000 – R15 000, with a potential maximum of R20 000, depending on experience and qualifications
