To maintain & support the complete HR portfolio of the company.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management
10 years experience in a Generalist HR Management Role – Essential
International & Africa HR experience – Essential
Ability to travel into Africa and Internationally - Essential

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Offering expert HR advice & assistance
Coach & support line managers for successful people management
Assist managers in recognizing, prioritizing & developing organizational behaviors, structures, procedures, and skills.
Oversee &carry out strategic change initiatives & improvement programs
Encourage & carry out HR operations
Make sure that local South African laws are followed & reported.
Supervise & authorize payroll procedures.
Handle inbound & outgoing expatriate procedures.
Oversee national & international programs that promote inclusion, equity, and diversity.
Oversee compensation & benefits
