Human Resources Assistant

SUMMARY:
Our client is a dynamic and growing organization committed to fostering a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join their team and support their Human Resources department.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and exit procedures.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and scheduling meetings.
• Support HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.

• Bachelor's degree / diploma in Human Resources
• Previous experience in an HR support role is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, like VIP or BioTime
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
