Human Resources Administrator

SUMMARY:
Do you have your HR qualification (Diploma or Degree) with two to three years experience supporting a deadline driven HR Team?

This critical position is all about being "one step ahead", ability to think on your feet, preempt actions for deadlines with strong time management skills.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, Diploma in Human Resources, Social Science, or Industrial Psychology advantageous
• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in a relevant human resources position
• Highly computer literate with capabilities in MS Office, especially with PowerPoint presentations and designs
• Basic knowledge of South African labour laws
• Team player, excellent written and verbal communication
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail
• Experience of undertaking a range of tasks requiring a high degree of discretion, sensitivity and negotiating skills

• Provides administrative support to the entire Human Capital Team
• Schedule interviews and assist with all recruitment related tasks
• Assist with change management and Human Capital related processes and new projects as they arrive
• Conduct onboarding & induction for new hires, coordinate with various teams and ensuring they have necessary info and equipment
• Assist with Employment Equity administration
• Take and draft meeting minutes as and when needed
• Organise internal & external training sessions
• Assist with Human Capital documents and data
• Accurately prepare monthly reports, including headcount info and monthly organograms
• Maintain the corporate calendar in coordination with various Teams
• Process of invoice for Human Capital department
• Assist with Wellness Events and prepare employee birthday and welcome boxes and any other ad-hoc Human Capital initiatives
