The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes’ walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has a position for a Human Resources Administrator to join their team of extraordinary people.

An HR Administrator in a luxury hotel should embody professionalism with a graceful touch, creating an environment where employees feel cherished and supported like vibrant blooms in an elegant garden. They blend impeccable communication with a deep sense of confidentiality, tending to every HR detail with care and precision. Adaptable and service-oriented, they cultivate growth within the team, nurturing each individual to flourish and contribute to the hotel’s exceptional and memorable guest experiences.

What is required:

The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in offering exceptional support with HR policies and procedures, employee relations, engagement, skills development, benefits, and wellness. Additionally ensuring flawless management of employee files and adherence to legislative standards for a thriving workplace.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicable tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Organizational / Industrial Phycology
• People Management
• Computer literate with strong MS Office experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position
• Familiar with all Human Resources legislature and amendments
• Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageous
• Familiar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)
