All living things have seeds. These seeds hold the clue for what will emerge. The seeds of plants, animals and human beings determine what will emerge physically. This is all managed by Nature. Business is not Nature.

It is only where human beings are that economic activity appears. We are the seed of all the different economic activities that happen amongst us, and for us. Our capacity of ‘seedhood’ is not yet as well developed as that of Nature is when it comes to our businesses in that our seed capacity is weak and all kinds of strange things appear. We need to learn to manage human ‘seedhood’ better and put things in place to enable and encourage this so that we link what grows to our seed.

Have organograms with supporting Picture Statements and Job Descriptions
Evaluate staff against their Job Description
PDPs ranked and training happening
Admin, measure and reporting

Skill and Experience:

Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Human Resource Administrative experience.
Openness to additional ways of thinking about people over and above the current Social Paradigms
Excellent organisational skills.
Cares but is not everyone''s ''mate''
Work independently.
