SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and dedicated Human Resource Consultant who would like to be part of the team.

Purpose of the job:
The purpose of the job is to support the management and administration of the human resources department for allocated clients. To initiate and lead human resource programs and projects, conduct research through various methods to identify a problematic situation or find the cause as well as providing advice and recommendations to management and employees of the allocated client for resolution of daily issues.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
Coordinate and facilitate site specific induction programmes and presentations;
Provide line managers with guidance and support on HR activities;
Relationship building and management;
Employee relations including CCMA representation;
Talent management;
Performance management;
Co-ordinate training programmed with line managers;
WSP/ATR submissions;
EE reports submission;
Perform B-BBEE audits;
Exit process management;

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

Degree in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development;
Certificate in management development programme BBBEE;
Minimum 2 - 4 years’ generalist experience;
Proven experience in a consulting environment (essential)
Excellent administrative skills;
Computer literate;
An understanding of labour / industrial relations, BCEA and application
Knowledgeable and skilled on key HR processes;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport;
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
