SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support various HR functions. This role will be based at HQ in Isando JHB.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a Human Resource Administrator. Ideal candidates will have completed an internship in HR, particularly in recruitment, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn. This role is perfect for someone who values foundational HR practices and is eager to grow within the organization over time. We are looking for a person with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and patience for gradual career progression.

HR Administrator Role Summary
The HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and filing personnel records, processing and verifying various HR documents (e.g., training, grievances, performance reviews), updating departmental organograms, and taking minutes at HR-related meetings. Additional duties include managing staff uniforms, facilitating the recruitment process (e.g., job ads, CV screening, interviews), submitting employee documentation to payroll, and providing administrative support to the HR Generalist. The role also involves compiling HR stats, participating in HR initiatives, and handling ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience as an HR Administrator
Completed HR qualification
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
