SUMMARY:
Are you an enthusiastic organiser, have your HR Diploma, and have now gained three years experience providing admin support for a very busy Human Capital Team?

Our client based in the Waterfront has this excellent career move to join their well established growing modern company. The role involves collaboration with many Line Managers and Heads of Teams.

It is all about attitude, we require a confident, energetic and deadline driven individual!

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric, Diploma in Human Resources, Social Science, or Industrial Psychology advantageous
Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in a relevant human resources position
Highly computer literate with capabilities in MS Office, especially with PowerPoint presentations and designs
Basic knowledge of South African labour laws
Team player, excellent written and verbal communication
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
Strong problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail
Experience of undertaking a range of tasks requiring a high degree of discretion, sensitivity and negotiating skills

DUTIES

Provides administrative support to the entire Human Capital Team
Schedule interviews and assist with all recruitment related tasks
Assist with change management and Human Capital related processes and new projects as they arrive
Conduct onboarding & induction for new hires, coordinate with various teams and ensuring they have necessary info and equipment
Assist with Employment Equity administration
Take and draft meeting minutes as and when needed
Organise internal & external training sessions
Assist with Human Capital documents and data
Accurately prepare monthly reports, including headcount info and monthly organograms
Maintain the corporate calendar in coordination with various Teams
Process of invoice for Human Capital department
Assist with Wellness Events and prepare employee birthday and welcome boxes and any other ad-hoc Human Capital initiatives

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
