The Farmhouse Hotel in Langebaan is a charming retreat that offers a blend of rustic elegance and West Coast hospitality. Nestled in a picturesque setting, this historic hotel overlooks the serene Langebaan Lagoon, providing guests with breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The Farmhouse is known for its cozy and inviting atmosphere, featuring classic Cape Dutch architecture and beautifully appointed rooms that evoke a sense of old-world charm.
What Is Required:
We are looking for a Host at our luxury hotel in Langebaan. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. The Receptionist ensures that all guest interactions are handled professionally and courteously, contributing to the overall high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction that define our luxury property.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Accommodation Certificate/ Hotel School diploma is advantageous
- Previous experience in the same or similar position in a 4/5 star hotel
- Familiar with all duties and procedures in Front Office / Reservations Department
- Opera/ Opera Cloud experience is essential
