A Private Luxury Safari Game Lodge is looking for a HOSPITALITY MANAGER to join their team

POSITION INFO:
The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality, outstanding leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring seamless service, maintaining high standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction. This is an opportunity to be part of an exclusive lodge that offers world-class service in a breathtaking natural environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management
At least 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
Must have strong administrative skills
Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous
A good knowledge of beverages and the department
A valid code 8 Drivers License
Must be computer literate - PAN knowledge would be beneficial
Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills
Be a positive individual, be self motivated, confident and have good problem solving skills
Passionate for the Hospitality industry and in guest satisfaction
Must have good organizational and planning skills
Be able to work under pressure and have good attention to detail

This is a live in position with meals on duty

Work cycle is 21 days on, 7 days off
