SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to join their team at their luxurious 5-star game lodge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional guest service and a proven track record in luxury hospitality management. You will oversee daily lodge operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure that every guest experience exceeds expectations in a stunning, remote setting.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Supervise and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and operational efficiency across all areas of the lodge.
Develop and implement guest service strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements, ensuring personalized experiences.
Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring swift resolutions.
Oversee inventory, budgets, and cost control measures to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
Work closely with the management team to ensure operational goals align with the lodge’s objectives and brand standards.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or game lodge setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of hospitality standards and operations.
Exceptional guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various departments.
A genuine passion for wildlife, nature, and the lodge environment.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and in a remote location.
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
