Hospitality Maintenance Manager

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a local Hospitality Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our hospitality establishment.

The responsibilities include managing the maintenance team, ensuring the mechanical systems are operating, developing maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining facilities and equipment on the property.

The ideal candidate should have a formal diploma or similar discipline qualification in facilities and/or maintenance, proven experience in maintenance management, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of hospitality maintenance requirements.

Manage maintenance operations
Develop maintenance procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate maintenance schedules
