Helpdesk Technical Support Technician – Ferndale (Randburg)

POSITION INFO:

Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Candidate to have Afrikaans & English speaking fluently. Correct (African Lang is a bonus).

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric.
CompTIA A+ Qualification.
CompTIA N+ Qualification.
Microsoft Qualifications in MS 365 Fundamentals, PowerApps.

Fundamentals:

System Development Qualifications (NQF L5).
MCSA Server 2016, MCSE Core infrastructure.
CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Essentially, they need to support:

Desktops, Servers, Network Infrastructures, Security & Firewalls, Cloud Services & Backup.
