SUMMARY:
Healthcare Call Center Agents - USA

The Advocate represents the company by addressing incoming calls, digital, or written inquiries
The inbound contracts representative performs:
Administrative / Clerical / operational / customer support / computational tasks
Typically works on routine and patterned assignments
The advocate understands and addresses customer needs which may include:
Resolving issues and educating Members, records details of inquiries, comments on complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance too it.
Escalates, unresolved and pending customer grievances
Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and / or within established policies / practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Experience:

SA Citizen
Grade 12 - Mandatory
12+ months call center experience
Soft skills & telecommunication experience - advantageous
Computer literate - MS Office Suite
Good articulation of the English language (Spoken & Written)

Working Hours:

9 hours rotational between 3pm to 3 am (USA hours)
Monday to Sunday -= 5 days on and 2 x days off
Base salary: R7945.69
Allowance: R1 054.00
Less medical aid R764.00 & 5% Provident fund
