POSITION INFO:

The Head of Data Analytics will be responsible for leading the data analytics function within our BPO organization. This role involves developing data-driven strategies, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights, and driving innovation to improve business outcomes. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to enable data-centric decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of data analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization and client operations.

Team Management

• Build and lead a high-performing data analytics team, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to the team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Data Management and Governance

• Oversee the collection, storage, and processing of large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, security, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and practices.

Advanced Analytics and Insights

• Design and implement predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analytics solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis.

Client Engagement

• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and data needs.
• Deliver customized analytics solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and impactful manner.

Technology and Innovation

• Evaluate and implement the latest analytics technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Leverage AI and machine learning models to optimize processes and deliver insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate performance.
• Monitor and report on analytics projects and their impact on business outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a BPO environment or working with global clients.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with big data platforms
