SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Training to establish and lead a dynamic Pharmaceutical Training Academy. This role focuses on designing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing sales excellence, marketing strategies, operational efficiencies, and leadership development.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for the training academy aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
2. Curriculum Development:
Design and oversee a multi-tiered training curriculum tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
Incorporate modern, innovative learning solutions into training content.
3. Training Delivery:
Facilitate impactful training sessions and workshops at all organizational levels.
Ensure training programs meet high-quality standards and learning objectives.
4. Evaluation and Improvement:
Implement robust methods to evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and business impact metrics.
Continuously improve training programs to keep them industry-relevant.
5. Stakeholder and Resource Management:
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the training budget and resources effectively.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
Proven senior-level training experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership development training.
Familiarity with modern training methods, including e-learning and blended learning.
Team management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement experience.
