POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance strategies.
Enhance the employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee recruitment processes, talent development initiatives, and compliance reporting.
Drive collaboration across HR functions to align talent strategies with business objectives.
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

Degree in HR Management, Business Studies, or Industrial Psychology.
5–7 years’ HR experience, with 3+ years in talent development.
Management experience and healthcare industry knowledge (advantageous).
