SUMMARY:
The Head of StudyAll will lead a groundbreaking initiative designed to unlock the potential of disadvantaged students by providing affordable, accessible, and high-quality education. As the CEO/Director/Partner of StudyAll, you will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of this program, ensuring that it not only reaches but also transforms the lives of its participants. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about educational equity and innovation.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Define and execute the strategic plan for StudyAll, aligning with Regenesys Business School’s mission to provide transformative education.
Develop and manage partnerships with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders to enhance program reach and efficacy.
Oversee the development and implementation of an efficient and accessible online learning platform tailored to the needs of disadvantaged students.
Implement a sustainable financial model where students contribute a small monthly fee during their studies, ensuring the program's longevity and impact.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance student outcomes and operational efficiency.
Lead fundraising initiatives to secure additional resources and program expansion.
Represent StudyAll in public forums, conferences, and media to raise awareness and advocate for educational accessibility.
Build and lead a team committed to the mission of transforming lives through education.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of leadership experience in the education sector, with a significant focus on educational technology and innovative learning solutions.
Proven track record of managing large-scale educational programs aimed at improving access for disadvantaged populations.
Strong understanding of the financial mechanisms involved in educational funding and student finance models.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Deep commitment to educational equity and innovation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee and capitalize on emerging educational trends.
