Are you ready to take on a dynamic leadership role that will transform financial operations across Sub-Saharan Africa?

We are seeking an experienced Head of Shared Service Centre Finance with a proven ability to lead change, streamline processes, and drive impactful digital transformation within a complex, multinational environment.

In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse team of 35 professionals, oversee shared services operations across 10 countries, and ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards (IFRS), and tax requirements. Key responsibilities include re-engineering processes, implementing cutting-edge digital tools, and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Your Skills and Expertise

A qualified ACCA with a B.Com Accounting (Honours); MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in a Shared Services Finance role within an international organisation.
Expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP), financial systems transformation, and digitalisation.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and resilience under pressure.
