SUMMARY:
Join a globally trusted financial services provider as our Head of Client Service. You’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of Client Service Executives, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, strategic account expansion, and process excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and expand a high-performing APAC client service team
Align performance, incentives, and training with business and client goals
Partner with senior leadership to deliver against strategic growth objectives

Own and enhance relationships with major APAC institutional clients
Drive engagement through proactive communication and tailored support
Identify growth opportunities through client insights and market trends

Streamline workflows to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance
Resolve escalations and implement preventative solutions
Track performance metrics and deliver strategic insights to leadership

Requirements:

Completed CA(SA) qualifications.
Minimum 7 years in financial services, consulting, or B2B client management
Proven track record in team leadership, client success, and relationship management
Solid understanding of asset management and B2B service delivery
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
