SUMMARY:
Actively recruiting for a Head of Security for a multinational based in Midrand.

The role is to define, manage, and operate site security in close collaboration with site management and business. This role ensures the detection and response to any accidental or intentional threats to personnel and valuable assets.

The ideal candidate will develop security strategies, oversee physical security specifications, and manage incident responses to safeguard the company’s success and reputation.

POSITION INFO:
As Head of Security, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and operating site security in alignment with business objectives.

Requirement:

Over 5 years experience in a similar corporate environment non- negotiable
Wider Africa experience (desirable)

You will collaborate closely with site management to detect and mitigate security risks, protecting personnel, technological assets, facilities, and reputation.

Key responsibilities include developing security strategies, overseeing security incident management, and ensuring compliance with physical security specifications. You will lead security risk assessments and execute mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role demands expertise in security risk management, stakeholder influence, and incident response.
