SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly experienced and ECSA-registered professional to serve as the right-hand person to the CEO of our client’s civil construction company. This key role involves signing off on projects, overseeing civil administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Review and sign off on civil projects, ensuring compliance with legal and engineering standards.
Assist the CEO with civil administrative tasks, documentation, and approvals.
Oversee project reports, contracts, and regulatory submissions.
Ensure all projects meet ECSA, municipal, and industry requirements.
Liaise with engineers, project managers, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper project documentation.

Requirements:

ECSA registration is mandatory.
Extensive experience in civil administration, project approvals, and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of civil paperwork, contracts, and project documentation.
Ability to work closely with senior management and provide expert guidance.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
