Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
Craft and implement a robust digital acquisition strategy aligned with key business objectives, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability
Innovate and refine digital strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI

Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a high-performing team specializing in paid media, SEO, website management, and CRM to achieve acquisition targets
Mentor team members, fostering growth and aligning individual goals with overall business objectives

Campaign Management:
Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of acquisition-focused campaigns, ensuring effective investment allocation and profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated campaigns targeting specific customer segments

Budget and Resource Optimization:
Manage marketing budgets and tools, ensuring optimal resource utilization to achieve strategic goals
Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to meet financial targets

Performance Analysis:
Take ownership of campaign tracking, analytics, and database management to enable accurate reporting and insights
Analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign success and guide decision-making

Technology and Innovation:
Build and maintain data and technology infrastructures to support personalized, scalable marketing strategies
Explore creative approaches to customer acquisition, including innovative campaigns and new product opportunities

Collaboration and Alignment:
Work closely with branding, communications, and engagement teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer message across all touchpoints
Partner with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Stakeholder Engagement:
Guide senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering cross-departmental collaboration
Engage with global experts to enhance local initiatives and contribute to the broader strategic vision

Required Skills and Experience:
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in digital marketing, with proven success in both paid and owned channels
At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, managing diverse teams and driving results in a collaborative environment

Technical Expertise:
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
Strong analytical skills, including data segmentation, reporting, and performance measurement

Strategic and Communication Skills:
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance immediate priorities with long-term planning
Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with content marketing, customer journey mapping, and engagement best practices
Knowledge of wellness-related industries is a plus
