POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a world-class PR and corporate communications strategy that enhances our brand reputation and global presence.
Media and Public Relations: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier media, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure high-impact coverage across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
Crisis and Reputation Management: Proactively manage crisis communications, mitigating risks and maintaining brand integrity in all public engagements.
Thought Leadership: Position us as a leader in education, innovation, and business transformation through executive profiling, strategic messaging, and high-level media exposure.
Content and Brand Storytelling: Oversee creation of compelling narratives, press releases, speeches, opinion pieces, and media kits aligned with our vision and values.
Advertising and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate to ensure seamless integration of PR, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
Event and Sponsorship Management: Spearhead high-profile events, conferences, and partnerships that amplify our brand visibility and influence.
Digital and Social Media PR: Leverage digital platforms for engagement, reputation management, and global brand presence.
High-Impact Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key entities, partners, investors, and leaders.

Key Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership in PR, communications, advertising, or marketing.
Industry Knowledge: Expertise in global PR trends, media landscape, digital transformation, and executive communication strategies.
Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Network and Media Connections: Established relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and thought leaders.
Crisis Management Skills: Exceptional ability to handle high-pressure situations and craft crisis communication strategies.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to leverage data-driven insights and shape PR strategies.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding storytelling, public speaking, and content development capabilities.
Global Mindset: Experience in international markets and leading global PR campaigns.
