SUMMARY:
Our client, a wheel manufacturing company is looking for the Head Of Operations to join their team in PE

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making

Key Areas:

Oversee all aspects of the wheel manufacturing process, ensuring optimal production output and cost efficiency.
Lead a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and employees to achieve operational goals.
Maintain strict compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and customer-specific quality requirements.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and integrate new technologies.
Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Champion a culture of innovation, safety, and employee engagement.
