Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operations in the tyre industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, ensuring efficiency, and driving growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and improve efficiency.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Supply Chain Management: Optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably within the tyre industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in supply chain management and operational efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
