POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
Design and implement a holistic member engagement strategy that supports the client’s key business objectives, including growth, revenue, and profitability, while sharing insights and best practices across global operations
Oversee the deployment of digital channels, marketing automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized to meet the client’s needs
Build and maintain the data infrastructure and technology platforms required to deliver scalable, personalized communications

Requirements:
Over 8 years of expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM, with a proven ability to enhance customer engagement, boost retention, and drive revenue growth through targeted initiatives
Comprehensive technical knowledge of digital platforms, customer journeys, data analysis, segmentation, and reporting tools
Skilled in analysing customer data to uncover insights into behaviour and preferences, using these findings to shape highly effective marketing campaigns
Extensive hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar systems
Proven ability to lead teams in crafting impactful creative content for direct communication channels, with expertise in content marketing, campaign analytics, email design, customer journey optimization, and engagement strategies
Proficient in project management, adept at handling competing priorities and managing outputs using recognized tools like Asana, Podio, or Monday.com
More than three years of experience in senior leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to guide cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects
Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration to achieve business goals
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership teams
Strategic thinker with a forward-looking perspective, contributing to both immediate goals and long-term business objectives
Creative and passionate about developing communication strategies and content that deliver outstanding customer experiences
Highly adaptable and resourceful, thriving in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
