Our client that has a focus on African Business Education and is part of an international brand, is looking for an inspiring, innovative, and driven Head of Marketing to take their brand to the next level

What you’ll do:

As the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a talented team of six people to drive Strategic Marketing leadership, Brand Development and positioning, Digital marketing and Community Building , Event marketing and Lead generation amongst many other things

ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL Education and Experience:

• At least 7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, where you’ve led teams and delivered big results.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content creation (SEO, Google Ads, social media—you know it all).
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and a strong understanding of data analytics to guide decisions.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (a master’s or MBA would be a bonus).
• Demonstrated ability to balance local African relevance with global appeal
