Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Attorney to step into the pivotal role of Head of Legal. Responsible for providing in-depth, business-focused legal advice and leading the legal function across the business
Salary: R741 088 p/a - R1 007 000 p/a Based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB Degree
5+ years experience
Admitted as an Attorney
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Administrative, Company and Commercial Law
Knowledge of the Broadcasting and Labour Legislation
Knowledge of ICASA’s processes as they relate to Broadcasting
Excellent communication skills
Result-driven and service-driven
Ability to work under pressure
Highly adaptable and flexible
