Head of Sales – Education
Based in Sandton
Salary Range: R1.3 mil to R1.7 (Total Annual Cost to Company)

Skills Required:

• MBA and /or PhD in the relevant field will be highly advantageous, and experience in designing, developing, marketing, and selling executive programs and professional services to corporate clients.

• The educational market specifically deals with organizations and customized programs.
• In international and local Executive Education.
• A multi-disciplinary individual with a grounding in business leadership.
• Proven versatile technology leadership in varying contexts especially in higher education.

• Experience in a business school will be an added advantage
• Commercially astute and able to achieve and where possible, exceed agreed targets
• An excellent relationship builder and account director with a customer-focused character and entrepreneurial flair.
• Work experience in other African countries and networks in other countries will be advantageous.
• Experience in executive education or an equivalent environment at a senior level.
• Significant understanding of adult learning and program design
