• Stay ahead of trends and leverage emerging technologies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to inspire creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Champion new technologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Align innovation initiatives with the bank’s vision to drive business outcomes.
• Use data analytics and user feedback to guide decision-making.

• A forward-thinker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Graphic Design, or related fields (bonus for a Master’s in IT).
• 5+ years of experience in innovation, product development, or similar roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions.
• A data-driven innovator with a creative approach to strategic execution.
• A Namibian citizen or permanent resident with a passion for innovation.
