• Spearhead a team of innovators, transforming bold ideas into cutting-edge products and process enhancements.

• Design and execute a dynamic innovation roadmap focusing on technology, customer-centric solutions, and operational brilliance.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and leveraging emerging technologies.
• Run high-energy brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire out-of-the-box thinking.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Align every innovation initiative with the bank’s vision and drive tangible business outcomes.

• A forward-thinker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field (bonus points for a Master’s in Innovation or Technology).
• Armed with 5+ years of experience in innovation, product development, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions.
• A data-savvy innovator with a flair for blending creativity with strategic execution.
• A Namibian citizen or permanent resident with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
