POSITION INFO:
Head of Innovation

A globally recognized and growing bank in Namibia is seeking a highly skilled Head of Innovation to lead their efforts in driving creative solutions and fostering innovation within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the bank’s innovation strategy to enhance competitiveness and introduce new products and services.
Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies to integrate into banking operations.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align innovation with the bank’s strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in innovation management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong banking experience with knowledge of financial products, digital banking, and fintech trends.
Proven success in implementing innovative solutions in the banking sector.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
