Head of Human Resources

SUMMARY:
A successful established ISP is looking for an innovative Head of People to join their dynamic team. 
The position is office based in Johannesburg North

POSITION INFO:
The Head of Human resources is responsible for managing all key areas of the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee training and development, performance evaluation, and maintaining positive employee relations. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with employment regulations, oversees benefits administration, develops HR policies, and contributes to strategic planning initiatives.
Also accountable for office management, ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions. This includes overseeing office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and supervising administrative staff. They are instrumental in maintaining a productive, organized workplace and promoting a positive work atmosphere.

• Performance Management
• Training and Development
• Transformation

• 5 - 7 Years in an HR leadership role
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
• Strong experience in B-BBEE
• Strong understanding of Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labour legislation
• Experienced in all related Statutory Compliance
• End to end Payroll including commission earners
• Management of committee such as Health and Safety and EE
