SUMMARY:
Role Overview:
The Head of HR provides strategic and operational leadership of the HR function to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is responsible for driving workforce transformation, ensuring compliance, cultivating an inclusive culture, and engaging with executive stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Align HR strategies with the organization's long-term objectives.
Oversee compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
Lead initiatives to foster cultural and organizational transformation.
Engage with executive leadership to influence and support business decisions.
Develop and execute comprehensive workforce planning strategies.
Provide oversight and mentorship to HR team members.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinking and strong decision-making capabilities.
Expertise in workforce planning and change management.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Experience Requirements:

8-12 years in HR, including leadership roles.
Proven experience in driving cultural and strategic HR initiatives aligned to the full life cycle of HR.
