SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced financial leader with a passion for real estate? Our client is seeking a Head of Financial Controlling to lead financial operations across their real estate assets in various countries across Africa.

POSITION INFO:
ð Location: Mauritius - The role is based in Mauritius with travel being part of the role.

What You’ll Do:

Drive strategic financial planning and operational efficiency.
Lead month-end reporting, audits, and internal control enhancements.
Implement advanced systems and processes to optimize performance.
Provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
Manage deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years in financial management, with experience in real estate or property management.
Expertise in GAAP/IFRS standards and financial software as well as regulatory knowledge.
A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.
Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA) or professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
