POSITION INFO:
The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and lead the finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a SICA (Society of International Certified Accountants) qualification and have a proven track record in senior financial management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the management of cash flow and financial risks.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and cost reduction.
• Drive initiatives for financial systems improvements and automation.

• SICA qualification is required.
