SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic financial leader ready to drive business growth and enhance financial performance? In this senior role, you will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic insight, and guide the organization’s financial planning and policies.

POSITION INFO:
Industry: Open to candidates with experience across various industries

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring efficient financial operations, compliance, and best practices.
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support business objectives and growth.
Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk management practices.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, staying updated on local and international financial regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are essential.
Proven experience (around 8+ years) in a senior financial management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of Botswana’s financial regulations and practices is a plus.
