POSITION INFO:

As the Head of Finance, you will not only manage the financial operations but also play a crucial role in steering the strategic growth of the business. This role will involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, all while ensuring compliance with Botswana’s financial regulations. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will provide valuable financial insights to guide decision-making and enhance business performance. This high-impact position is perfect for a finance leader ready to make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies in line with the company’s goals.

- Ensure compliance with Botswana’s financial regulations and tax laws.

- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights that influence business strategies.

- Oversee and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

- CA or equivalent finance qualification.

- At least 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the financial services sector.

- In-depth knowledge of Botswana’s financial regulations and tax frameworks.

- Strong leadership and people management abilities.

- Proven success in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
