Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing? If you have a CA(SA) qualification and more than 10 years of experience, we want to hear from you!

Position: Head of Finance

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
Over 10 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing
Proven track record in financial planning, management, and business development
In-depth knowledge of legislation, accounting standards, and financial regulations
Expertise in investment analysis, cash flow management, and risk management
Strong leadership and team management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and accounting standards
Conduct thorough investment analysis to guide business decisions
Manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and support operational needs
Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets
Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team
